Welcome to the KELOLAND.com Forums. We hope these boards foster greater open communications among forum users.

In order for this to remain a place for valuable discussion and benefit you, the user, we have a few ground rules that must be followed when participating. Temporary suspension will result from abuse of the forum rules. Subsequent infractions will result in a permanent IP ban.

By registering for this forum, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws. Furthermore, you agree to post original material only. If you choose to discuss an article found online, you agree to link to the original story without reposting the copyrighted material. This includes news stories and images. Video from a site which encourages embedding is allowed.

Linking to a source is required for any thread started in the Local or World News categories. Threads which do not include a source may be deleted.

(These rules apply to material posted in any area of the forum, including, but not limited to posts, profile messages, custom titles, signatures, and private messages.)

Users agree they will NOT post:

· Material that contains vulgar, obscene, sexually-oriented, and/or indecent language or images including excessive swearing.
· Material intended to harass, belittle, humiliate, threaten, defame, abuse, or cause embarrassment to other forum users.
· Messages which are bigoted, hateful or racially offensive.
· Personal attacks such as flaming, instigating "flame bait", verbal abuse, or mocking of members in forum posts.
· Posts and profile messages intended solely to annoy and/or offend other members by going against the clear nature of a board or topic.
· Initiating threads or posts that contribute nothing to a discussion or topic.
· Replies to irrelevant threads or discussions. (i.e. bringing up old threads)
· Material that advocates illegal activity or discusses illegal activities with the intent to commit them.
· Advertising or commercial solicitation.
· Copyrighted material, including images and text.
· E-mail forwards or chain letters.
· Messages belittling members who choose to remain anonymous.

The following is strictly prohibited:


· Posting or linking to pornographic or obscene material.
· Spamming.
· Posting personal information about another member without their consent, with the intent to harass or annoy.
· Registering multiple user accounts.

Moderators reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any post, thread, profile message, and/or signature for any reason without prior notice. The forum user is responsible for any personal information he/she chooses to share with the rest of the forum community.

Although the administrators and moderators of KELOLAND.com Forums will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither KELO-TV, its owners nor its employees will be held responsible for the content of any message.

KELO-TV reserves the right to change or alter these rules at any time. It is the responsibility of the member to check these rules on a regular basis for any revisions to the rules before making any posts on this forum.
