Buy as many of the cheap sytrofoam coolers as you need and about 1.5 rolls of duck tape for each cooler. place a 1" layer of newspapers, your meat and some dry ice, and another layer of newspaper. Tape the cooler shut, then reinforce the cooler with duck tape straps wrapped around the cooler about 3-5" apart. Tape a shipping label on the outside of the cooler.

I would also insure the package when you ship it. Ship it on a Monday or Tuesday so it doesn't sit on a hot warehouse floor over the weekend.

Just a side note, if you are using dry ice, you can't ship by air and it would have to go ground only.
