If you're a Picasa user, make sure Picasa is running in the background and push the Prt Scrn button on your keyboard, then edit it if needed and send it in Picasa.

Just have whatever app selected and press alt+prtscn.
This will capture an image of the app and not the whole screen so no need to paste into paint and crop. Then just copy where you need it. |
