The headline reads @ss-backwards IMO. If by some very unlikely chance the ban doesn't pass it will leave the door wide open for an appeal if both sides are not allowed to present their full case. Let both sides lay all their cards and see who wins.

Good point. Either way, this is going to get appealed though. And appealed some more. Settle in everybody, we'll be debating this one for a really long time!
