Dedication Ceremony "Going Home" & Fallen Heroes Banner Display

On Saturday, 7 November the sculpture "Going Home" will be dedicated at
Veterans' Memorial Park in Sioux Falls. Going Home is a memorial to the
sacrifice of the men and women who have given their all for this country and
the liberties we reap the benefits of each and every day.
The dedication ceremony is scheduled to begin at 1300 hours at Veterans'
Memorial Park (intersection of West Bailey St. and Menlo Ave. - north side of
Terrace Park). In case of inclement weather the event will be moved to the
Sioux Falls Convention Center
Former Army Chief of Chaplains, Major General (retired) Norris L. Einertson
will deliver the keynote address. .
