Shawn Cable leaving?

I was sad to read that Shawn Cable is leaving Kelo. I like his style so I am sure he will do well any place he goes. Anybody have more details? The Argus story didn't have many.

The Argus article almost seemed to imply that his brush with crime in Florida was connected in some way to leaving KELO. Why in the hell would they mention the mugging? Like that is more important than his contributions on the air?

Man this sucks... always lose the good ones. Stacy Bauer (loved her style) and Jolene Loetscher (only reporter that could talk "live" without fubbing up) and now Shawn Cable (only one with some personality!). Can't it be one of the other guys instead?

I saw Stacy not long ago. She's loving her job at Sanford. I hear Jolene is over there too. I don't think I'd ever want to be a reporter for as long as either of them did it.

So who would be your top pick to leave KELO?
